Teacher………effects ETERNITY

A teacher, the influence which never stops, the eternal figure. A good teacher is like a candle – it consumes itself to light the way for others.

The dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau, sometimes poking you with a sharp stick called “truth.”

Teachers who inspire know that teaching is like cultivating a garden, and those who would have nothing to do with thorns must never attempt to gather flowers.

THIS IS WHAT A TEACHER IS…………PROUD TO BE ONE….!!!

HAPPY TEACHER’S DAY

The tragedy of life is not death it is what we let die inside of us while we live December 2009

I am a Modern Woman.

Today, I was thinking about the meaning of modern. What is our outlook towards the word MODERN, how we take modernization or a modern woman. In this regard I kept on thinking about this word and I found it quite difficult to understand this word, actually I was failed to figure out this word. So, to clear up my mind, I started to explore the meaning of this complex word through various sites of dictionaries. The meanings of this word I found are contemporary, ahead of times, current, up to date and these meanings actually made me more curious to think of. Are these actually the exact meanings which we take in our day today life? And the answer was a clear and big NO. Because according to our perspective, the word modern describes us the picture of the lady wearing the shorter clothes they can deal with. The shorter the clothes, the more you will be called as MODERN.

The Modern Women for our society.

When a woman with a proper Hijab and a woman with jeans and top, standing together; whom the society will call Modern? Definitely the jeans one, let me take an example of my own self, wearing proper hijab along with Irani chadar, who will call me the modern? I don’t think even a single person will do so. Because for us, modernization means to expose oneself, flaunt of beauty and body. And a woman with a complete covers of Hijab is an antiquated and outmoded woman not more than that.

The Modern Women for me

But I consider myself as a manifestation of modern woman because I am educated, well-mannered, refined, leading a successful career under an international network. I am a modern woman without skirts, jeans and tops, with clear face no fake layers of makeup, conceal with Hijab, self-confident enough to tackle with the society. I am a modern woman without any exposure, a woman who has a job, familiar of the taxes which I have to pay, well aware of the political and economic scenarios, the circumstances our society is dealing with, a woman who drives around the town. I belong to a “moral brigade”, I am a  Modern Pakistani Woman.

Remembering MIRZA GHALIB…..

The greatest Poet Considered in the Urdu language.

Mirza Ghalib, led to a revolution in Urdu poetry, a poet really occupied with Persian. He came out with different colors of poetry. As he use to say “KHTAY HAIN KAY GHALIB KA HAI ANDAZ-E-BAYAAN OR..”. Ghalid is one of the biggest name of Urdu Literature, came across with revolutionary ideas and made a unique position through his words.

Rotten form the cores.

Today, I read news at Express Tribune, Dog and Donkey meat sold to hotels and vendors at Okara. I felt so reluctant that time, after doing such awful acts they dare to call theirselves Muslims, where we are leading? Is it a Muslim society we are leading? When everything is about making money, don’t they feel any guilt for that, earning illicit money; don’t they think about their own children, what are they giving them? Such a reprehensible work, this is nothing but their learning, absence of ground knowledge of Islam, they even don’t care about illegitimate and legitimates, the taboos and prohibitions of Islam. This is the thing in which the whole nation is lacking. If there is no consciousness of your religion then you are not alive, you are a mere departed soul.

When culprits search out for the culprits.

A campaign by KESC

“Name and shame”, a campaign launched by KESC, to have a control and check on power thieves. The main concern of this campaign is to have a power over wire thieves. If anyone caught red handed in this devious business will be alleged to three years imprisonment and 5 lacks penalty as well.

Now here the debate starts, since years KESC is leading this structure and it’s obvious that this corruption is also leading through years. So after so many years they awaken and trying to figure out the culprits. What an organization? Everybody knows about the treachery of KESC it is not veiled. The high profile people of this country are still beyond this system, they are not suppose to pay bills and taxes to the government because if they can save their huge amounts by giving small amount to the controllers of this system, so it is beneficial from both the sides because both are attaining monetary settlements.

So if they have become use to of making monetary benefits then how it will come for them to do something in genuine, purely for their system, apart for their nation and inhabitants. Do u really think so? I don’t think so. The first and foremost point is that most of the people who are incorporate with this illegitimate action, are from higher authorities and none of them can dare to issue any kind of warrant or penalty. So this community is out of question. The second point is that out of 5 lacks if they can obtain 1 lack so isn’t it favorable for them, to achieve that much amount in a glance.

In a nutshell, it’s a futile attempt by KESC or a legal way to gain financial profits. Because culprits cannot come across to the culprits.

Burning Karachi

People are running after for their life

vehicles set on fire

Man rides past by burning shop set alight by protesters in Karachi on August 2, 2010

Bus set on fire

Bus set on fire

When the streets of Karachi were burning

Man running to save his life

Roads are burning

The city of Karachi is mourning

The streets had black out

Please ALLAH help us………!!!

Today, when the news of Raza Haider’s assassination has broadcasted, I was roaming in the Hyderi market, suddenly everyone started running here and there hastily. The whole market has closed within the seconds; everyone was rushing towards his means of transportation and the picture predicts as the doomsday has pronounced. Everybody is roaring and running after his life as the circumstance in Karachi was really getting out of control. Even the public transport had vanished from the roads of Karachi. At that time I felt so sorry when I saw many of the women and men were waiting at the bus stop for public transport. I can’t express my feelings what I felt at that time, I was about to cry over the intense condition of my city I mean where the hell is government? Don’t they feel ashamed of their selves?

What are they doing being on their seats only making on through their authority? What else they have done for Pakistan. This is the rule of being a man of  authority keep on making money by hook or by crook it doesn’t matter what the others are doing either dying by starvation or by target killing or by any other blast and natural calamity?

A huge number of people are still stuck in traffic jam, the entire petrol pump has been shut down, all the street lights have been turned off but who cares about it. Beside all the violence and unrest I am feeling pity for Quaid-e-Azam why he made so many sacrifices for the nation, for the day when people are running after to save their own life no protection no shelter for her own people. What is going to be the future of Pakistan? It’s not about any shia any pathan its about a nation about the people of Pakistan above all the ethnicity, race, religion. When would be the time when we stand as a nation as Pakistani.

From the depth of my heart, I pray to ALLAH for the prosperity of Pakistan. ALLAH please save my country and my people please it is plead to Allah save our lives and save my country from all the tribulations and from the evil government. Please Allah; protect us. AMEEN

When a blessing turns to catastrophe.

This catastrophe is none other than the flood ravage at Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa, where death toll crossed the 400. Hundreds of people have fallen prey to the merciless flood along with the continuous lashing rains. Due to such torrential rain all the communications have cut off and even Shahra-e-Korakarum has been closed for the traffic.

A truck is trying to make its way

Flooded village

This could be tag as a deadly week of Pakistan as 2 days before a deadly incident happened at the hills near Islamabad, when a plane crashed loaded with 152 people and now the flood devastated many of the villages and people. Considering all the calamity and disaster our so called authorities have nothing to do but only some consoling speeches for the natives.

People trying to survive with their own efforts

Deprived people suffered from the calamity

In this regard, a read the statement of Mian Iftikhar Hussain, the information minister for Khyber-Pakhtoonkhwa province, he said, “This is a natural calamity, and we will do whatever is possible to reach the flood-affected people and to help them. We appeal to the world community to help us. We need a lot of assistance.” What a Government, people are still dying with the flood and they have nothing for the deprived people. When they know about the forth coming calamities, why they don’t take precautions for the disaster and make their strategies organized.
